DREW BRADSHAW

Drew Bradshaw is a personal injury and litigation attorney who was born and raised in Anderson, South Carolina. He is also a proud graduate of Clemson University. Prior to joining the firm, Drew was a partner at a regional insurance defense firm in Greenville, South Carolina where he represented insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, trucking companies, railroads, and other corporate defendants in trucking litigation, railroad litigation, product liability, and other complex litigation matters.  Drew also previously served as a law clerk to the late Honorable G. Ross Anderson, Jr., Senior United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina.  

Drew now uses his unique insight and previous experience working for insurance companies and for a federal judge for the benefit of his clients.  Drew represents members of the community in a variety of matters, but most often represents individuals in cases involving:

  • Automobile and trucking crashes

Drew has tried several civil cases to verdict and has handled litigation matters in both federal and state courts in South Carolina and other jurisdictions.  Drew has also handled appeals in the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals Fourth Circuit.  He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in South Carolina as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  
 

Drew has been voted by his peers as a member of Greenville’s Legal Elite.  He has also been recognized in South Carolina Super Lawyers as a Rising Star as well as Best Lawyers in America, Ones to Watch in the area of transportation law.   

Drew grew up in Anderson and went to T.L. Hanna High School.  He went on to Clemson, where he worked for the football team, while graduating Summa Cum Laude in only three years.  Drew attended law school at the Charleston School of Law, where he also graduated Summa Cum Laude, was a member of the Charleston Law Review, and served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board.  

In his spare time, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife and children and attending Clemson games. Drew and his family are also members of First Presbyterian Church in Anderson.
